In the history of the world , the twentith Century is important by many aspects. The scientific inventions tied all the world in one thread. In the world unity was established. The western (foreign) trends changed the (direction) traditional mentality of the Indian people into logical thinking. The fruit of it was that, ‘thr reality of west became the ideal of the East. In the process of this thinking,� the Arya Samaj & Brahma Samaj organizations , tried to (awake) boost up the Woman’s instinct / sensation / stimuli by which the Indian decayed society could be given rebirth (new life)

When the barrier of the traditions & progency starts breaking , it is natural to have perplexity in the unsteady / fickle people. People become mad by the selfishness. The question of protesting against the woman’s learning of Vedas , is not new but it is from the old (ancient) time. It is also said some where in the ancient sciences, that the Woman should not learn Vedas , but due to the contraversial (contradictary) references , against each other , it is better to come to the conclusion , after entire discrimination in this subject – matter.

RELATIVE AND NON-RELATIVE :-

Different & Indifferent / with expectation and without expectation:-

According to vaidic Sciences , the construction / formation of the nature / world was started when the Brahma’s ignorance / delusion / illusion was changed into creative / non-creative so , all the activities of the nature are different. The Scientific tells /stories /narrations are also different due to attachment with the references. There are difficulties , in taking any narration / description carelessly. For example , tulsi has given the authority to be at the woman , but all knows , who is the other / dedicated /beloved devotee of Sita, than tulsi , in the World ? So Scientific narrations open the reality by keeping attachment to references.

First of all we have to find the answer of the question, whether the woman should learn the Vedas ? Because the Vedas are the real knowledge. The base of the India’s Social constitution is the Manu-Smruti and the Manu has written regarding the authority of Vedas.

According to Nanu , Parmatma has created the nature by the symbolic from of copulation (sexual intercourse) of Male & female. And offered Veda-Vani as the gift , to both of them. The saints (Rushi’s ) of the Yajurveda (26.2) , also support this fact.

Means , I (myself/parmatma) , have presented this helpful / profitable Veda-Vani to everyone , whether they are of extra-ordinary spiritual� nature or unattractive / un-devoted natured people. Here the word ‘Jana’ is used (effective) for both male and female / man and women. The people who are not devoted , having no faith on god and prayers , can become devoted prayers of god by styding the Vedas. So� , In R’Veda (10:53:4) , Rushi says that ,

In the massage of god there is no partiality or difference / complex , because both the men and women are attached to it. Nari (woman) is the Half –Part of parmatma (God). Manu says that ,

The Shata-Patha Brahman (5.2.1.10) & taittiriya Samhita (6.1.8.5) also , says , Nari as the half-part of Man , on this basis. It is said in the taittiriya Samhita (3.7.5) , that the man , & the woman should be united together with the good intention. To carry on the life path , they should work together like ox (bulls). Both should drive away bad thoughts , acts, behaviour , by becoming the united minded and they should achieve the golden flame (aim) light.

The famous Veda-Vidnyan / (Vaidic Sciences) expert /writer pt. Madhusudan oza , has proved by the Scientific process , in his book ‘Scientific Electricity’ , that the man and the woman are beneficial (Productive) / supportive to each other’.� He write that, the earth and other Pindas are the organs / parts of the God. Due to the creation from the superme’s half portion of the soul , the creature moves only in one direction , the power of his organis. It can’t make the same movement in all directions at one time. Its eyes , hands and other organs are produced in his front part of the body and not behind his back. And so the creature is Ardhendra – (Semi-bodied / semi- organed). Being incomplete , the creature experiences miseries uniting with the wife , it becomes imitation of God and attains the capacity of performing work. Hence , it is said ,

So , it proves that , the woman has the same authority to learn the Vedas , like the man. In manu smuriti , Swami Dayanand Saraswati says that , ‘a remark “Agat – stri-shudroaunadhi-yatam” has been added afterwords. But , in Sciences , elsewhere also we get the same remarks , so it doesn’t makes any difference , to say that , ‘they are ‘added-afterwords’. The Boudhayan Dharmasutra says , ‘the woman is supposed to be (2.2.5.3) the symbol of untruth & in the Maitrayani samhita she is called the avatar of (1.10.11) falsehood. In R’veda’s speech between pururava &Uravashi , it is said that , ‘there should not be friendship with the women ,� because their mind / mentality is ike the dangerous wolf. The Anushasan Parva (19.6) of Mahabharat says that , ‘ there is not any animal crucked than the woman. They are like sharp edge of the RAZOR , like the poisonous snake and fire. The Maharshi Walmiki , in the Ramayan’s Aranaya Kand , says that , ‘ women’s are cruel , unsteady and creates unlikeness.

Affected by the Previous opnions :-

All the above narrations are relative to the situation. These talks / speeches are like to be abused / rebuked from the depressed hearts of the hungry people starved from the desires of sex and pleasures. They are affected by prior / pre-opnions because , in rest of the books , the Womens are called as flowers. When, the softer than the flower , Urvashi , went away from the Puruava , he thought her a wolf/ wolfish. How , the flower like soft mined women became the sharp edge of the razor ? The reason of it is the man’s mental agitation or deformed mentality.

The Acharya Boudhan admits that , why , the Mantras should be spoiled , in the women’s rituals ? For them the question arises , that , ‘child (birth) rituals starts from the woman’s pregnancy. Whether it is possible , that , ‘the Mantras chanted at the time of pregnancy rituals , becomes unauspicious , if the daughter (girl) is borned ?

Manu says that , ‘the woman , is not safe , if she is kept in the house , locked by the seven locks. The reality is that if the woman learns Vedas & becomes expert analyzer , by inspiring her , cauntious , she would be safe. The woman can be honourned , at that time , when she becomes liable & it comes from the knowledge. So , women should learn the Vedas. In shatha path Brahmana , the five (big) maha fire rituals (Yagnyas) are honourned with the great importance. Those , Yagnyas are performed by the couples with the help of priest / purohit Brahman. If the woman doesn’t learns Vedas , how , she can chant the Mantras ?

In many smrutis , it is (message ) order to observe virginity :-

In virginity , the meaning of becoming perfect , is to learn , the Vedas ! Manu has also said that , ‘the woman can become honourable in the Society , if she firmly diverts towards the aim , by good behaviour. Both the� man & woman takes birth on the earth who is the wife of the pruthu. So , both are having equal authority on the holy ( auspicious) rituals performed on the earth.

The Indian religion is ‘Yagnaya’ (fire rituals / homa) oriented. The rituals of Yagnaya are performed by the shrout-sutras’. The katyayan – Shrout-Sutra’s – stri Cha Avi –sheshat’ sutras says that by the oppose for learning Vedas by the woman , proves that , she is liable to perform yagnayas , because ,���������������������������� Sutra also doesn’t rejects woman’s Vedas education. ‘czkEg.k jktU;’ sutra objects race /cast , but particular difference of male or female is not given.(Taittiriya Upnishad Brahman’s (1.6.5.6) sentence , allows woman to chant mantras.) This sentence clears all the suspect totally.(Taitt.sam. 6.1.3)� (Rugveda – 10.103.4) etc: all these references certify / proves the woman’s traditional rituals of Mounj – Bandhan , scared thread ceremony. So it is said in the third para of Nirnaya – Sindhu , that Apastambha – Dharma Sutra’s (2.6) & Ashwalayan Gruhya-Sutra’s (1.8.5) gives message / order , to perform the Agni-hotra’s by woman , in absence of her husband. Panini , proves by the formation of the word wife (patni) , the rights of performing the Yagnyas , by the wife (patni) , For the education of Vedas , it is necessary to have , intellect , prudence , wisdom , devotion and to relinquish own interest for the good of other people which is same (equal) in man & woman , and the woman is ahead of man , in some qualities also.

Now , the matter regarding the hygenic (auspiciousness) cleanliness and unauspiciousness , is to be considered. The woman according to her internal physical body formation (physiology) , gets Mensuration every month. To nourish (look after) her children, she has to put hands , to take out urine and excreated waste material. Such a speeches / talks are also found , regarding the Man’s auspiciousness in Science. For example , the Brahman’s are not allowed to eat in the physician (Doctor’s) home. Laziness , mistakes , tranguility and characterwise down falled persons are neglected by the Veda –Vidya & they pray to save them from such a persons. Inferior , unauspicious ,idiot and the persons blaming others good qualities , if reaches near the Vedas , then Vedas are spoiled and misused . Thoese people are like that land (barren , non-fertile) , in which the bowed seeds never comes up (fertile). So, the manu has said, This barren/ non-fertile land can be either man or woman.

In this so called darkened age, there was , one god-father Varahmihir , who gave the justice (legal authority) to the woman , by keeping man’s manliness at one end , in control and enlighted the reality , without any prior suspects in mind. In his famous book ‘Brihat-Samhita , ‘he writes, ‘O’ men’ tell-me , which are bad qualities in woman? Which are not in you ? In comparison there are more faults , bad qualities in men , than women. By following the way of virginity / sacrifice the men blame the woman’s bad qualities , but they keep their mouth shut , regarding the women’s good qualities. Like the thief , when caught red handed , shouts ‘theif’ ,’theif’ catch him , like that , see the boldness of the cruel men who blames the women , even though they are right.

Whenever , the awaked (aroused) men in India , tried to expose , the woman’s true knowledge , of the supreme soul , the Public (social) supporters (contracters) restricted more on them , due to the fear of expected revolution. In the time of the Upnishada’s we get the reference of Brahma –Vadini woman’s. The yagnyavalkya in his life’s time , wished to divide his property , in his two wifes , at that time Brahma – Vadini Maitrayi said , by shaking her head in anger that ,

Means , the Wealth which cann’t gives me the eternal life , what is the use of taking it ?

By realising this mentality of woman , the Men shattered / trembled and became unsteady. They tried to think of the future of their familieis. So therestrictions on the woman , were made more firm and tight. The religious priests/genius , banned on the woman’s learning of Vedas. Their scared thread rituals were stopped. The age of marriage was shortned (made less). The woman became powerless from her powerful capacity/ability.

The era men (era-creater/god-father) from the twentith century , stepped with revolution. They opened the doors/ways of Woman’s freedom. By looking at the worst position of the woman in the Society , the Swami Dayanand Sarasvati , Vivekanand and Raja Ram Mohan Roy – exposed revolutionary talks /speeches. Mahatma Gandhi (wrote in ‘Young India’ (December , 10.4.1930) , that , ‘the Smrutisand the ‘Puranas says , the woman to be inferior than man. It is not justice / (partiality) , to give her lower inferior place / position . The woman should improve herself , by not becoming only the thing of sexual pleasure.

New danger in front of them. Foreign free sex civilization is becoming their moral. The woman’s excess talent –wisdom is pointing her towards mental madness (deformity) , in desire to break the man’s domination and binding. By making many efforts , today man cann’t bring woman on the right emotional land (field) , who is gone far away. We have to consider , that , by the excess overflow of the emotions , the woman doesn’t get scattered from original center , and the basis of the India Society / community doesn’t get collapsed. It is wise to inspire the woman, to learn the Vedas , by that she can become the philosopher , by leaving the inferior / valueless concept of pleasure. The greatest measure of woman’s learning of Vedas , is the own Rugveda. In Rugveda ‘ along with the male Rushi’s , there are female priests also , who knows and chants Mantras. The Mandan Mishtra made her wife Bharathi , expert in Vedas. The Bharathi defeated , Adi shankaracharya in the contest of Yoga-Vidya , Vaidic Science and honoured – her husband. If the Indian man thinks to make his nation rich and strong , he has to make woman , Philosophist. By the knowledge of the Vedas , only woman can make man’s future.
