Dr.
Raja Ramanna,
the high-ranked Scientist of our country, delivered one lecture, in Madras,
which was published in Dainik Hindustan on 29-07-1985. He expressed
that the VEDAS was the treasure of knowledge. Unfortunately, after
Mahabharat, nobody in our nation, paid attention to this important
topic. Maharshi Dayanand discussed the principles of Vedas, with an unprejudicial
mind. But, due to the shortage of means and time available, he also could
only come to the faint conclusion, that the Vedas were the innumerable sources
of knowledge. ARYA SAMAJ believes that Veda is a book covering
all the true faculties of education. It is the ritual (Dharm) of every Aryan,
to read and teach, and also to hear, and make others hear, the Vedas. If we
study their discussion of Vedas, without any prejudice, today, we can conclude,
that Vedas have covered all the physical sciences, which teach every human-being,
to lead the life in a proper manner.
Every principle of Science, in its nuclear form, has been described
in short, in the Vedas. RIGVEDA describes the VAYU VIJNAN.
[ The word Vayu means Wind, and it is the scientific fact, that the Wind is created by the movement of air. The AIR is a mixture of different gases. This and much more is explained in Vedas. Numerous instances based on VAYU VIJNAN available in Vedas, are quoted below:- ]
With the help of only one word- Darshan, the sage Madhuchhanda has described the touch, and the other properties, of the Wind, which can well be understood. ( Rigved - Mandal 1,Sukta 2, Varg 3, Mantra 1-5).
The word Vayi describes the strengthy support of all the elements. It also describes the theory behind the aim of life, of all the beings. The word Havam implies the Theory of SOUND and Speech. All beings can talk and hear, only on the basis of Vibrations of AIR,(Vayulahari). The word Aharnid describes the scientific principle of the production of LIGHT (Prakash). Air is the source and medium of all the reactions producing Rays of Light. The word Prapanchati means that the VAYU only establishes the relation between all sorts of knowledge.
